Powered Parachute

Information Sources

Airfoil Aviation - I'm using the 1/3 scale powered parachute kit. Originally, I was going to go with the Zenoah G23 engine from them, but the G23 is replaced by the G26, which appears to be infinitely backordered, so I bailed out on the Zenoah and ordered a engine from JAG Engines. (1 July, Horizon Hobby (the distributor for Zenoah) appears to have the motors in stock again)

JAG Engines - I got a converted remanufactured 31 cc Ryobi engine from them, with the CH Ignition. Of course, here, they had the engine in stock, but not the ignition... another wait..

APC Props - Actually a company called Landing Products. These guys were great. I called them from an airport on Thursday afternoon to find out what kind of prop I should use for my slow speed pusher application (a pusher, 18x6WP) and the props arrived Friday afternoon UPS. (By the way, the prop does NOT appear in their on-line catalog..)
